Come join us for a woodland walk through Maple Woods Natural Area.  We will meet in the parking lot off of NE 76th Street at 10:00am to enjoy the fall colors and late blooming flowers found in this National Natural Landmark.  Aptly named, Maple Woods is abundant with sugar maples that will hopefully provide us with some spectacular fall colors!  The area includes an easy walking path. Please RSVP to Hilary at hhaley@tnc.org by October 5.

Directions to Maple Woods Natural Area from the Missouri Department of Conservation website:

From the intersection of Interstate 435 and Highway 152 take Highway 152 west for 1.8 miles. Turn left (south) onto Highway 1. Take Highway 1 for 0.5 mile then turn right (west) onto 80th Street. Look for the sign on the corner and follow this road, which becomes 76th Street, for 0.7 mile to the parking lot on the south side of 76th Street.
